Selkie KAL finished

Finished up our Selkie by Melissa Schaschwary KAL this week and totally love the the finished product. The Misti Alpaca Hand Paint in color way Macbeth really showed off the beauty of this project! I happen to love cables and this one is really big and chunky. Still have to block it and sew up the sleeves. Found some fab, vintage buttons to sew on that will look spectacular.

Come join our Ravelry Group to see what's new at Chelsea Yarns and to be updated with all our current KAL's. We have one going on right now knitting the Esjan by Stephen West.
The next one starting in January is the Joji Mystery KAL. We have some fabulous yarns on the way that will be perfect for this KAL. You will be so excited!!!

Erika Knight Yarns

We received a big box of Erika Knight yarn from England and we immediately fell in love with the whole collection!! Her patterns are adorable and the yarns are simply scrumptious.

Her Maxi Wool is super bulky and 100% Pure British Wool Spun in Yorkshire.
87 yards and the gauge is about 2 stitches to the inch on a US 15-17 needle.
My favorite perk about the yarn is that it comes with a black label that when you finish your project you sew it into the finished piece. Totally cool! Her color palate consists of all muted tones.

Her Fun Fur yarn is also Pure British Wool and is 97% Wool and 3% Nylon.

Check out the patterns and yarn collection on our website.

Erika Knight

Pattern to knit the Furry Welly Toppers is FREE with purchase yarn. One skein of Fur Wool and one Skein of Maxi Wool needed to make the boot toppers.

Berroco Boboli Carnival Cowl

Andree knit this really cool sample for the shop using 2 skeins of Berroco Boboli in color way 5329 Jammie, the colors were so vibrant we called it the Carnival Cowl.
On a size 8 needle (24 inch) she casted on 140 stitches and joined in the round.
Then Knit 6 rows, then purled 6 rows continuing in this manner until almost near the end of the second skein. That's it! So easy!!!
It begins to form a welt which is a really fun pattern for a cowl!
We all love it and are super excited to cast on! Especially because holiday knitting is approaching us!
There are 13 colors to choose from!
And remember 20% off SALE!
