Sandy's Destruction

We are pleased to announce that Chelsea Yarns is back up and running our normal operations in New Jersey.
Located on the Northern Tip of the Jersey Shore, Chelsea Yarns was in the direct path of "Superstorm" Sandy. The devastation caused by this storm left our area without power and most services that we realize we take for granted, such as cell phone coverage, food, gasoline, water, etc. We moved our office upstate to New York at the end of last week to ensure we could continue filling and shipping orders in a timely and professional manner. As of yesterday morning we are back in New Jersey and although things have not returned to normal here, we do now have power and the USPS has begun to operate so our shipping will continue without interruption. Thank you so much for all your support and we are happy to be back up and running. We decided to continue our sale as "Superstorm" Sandy overshadowed knitting last week, so we welcome all of you to 20% off all items.

We hope you are all safe and our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by this storm.

Here are some photos of what our week looked like.
